Pacemaker operation was more painful than I thought it would be.

When I was in here before (May) I lost a bag of clthing. We tried lost property but my bay (my name was on it) was never handed in.

There are always areas to improve. The staff were brilliant as always. They worked hard to ensure my needs could be delivered. I thank them for that.
Suggested improvements
Taking senior doctors out on a humanities course. They can learn some manners. People have been unwell for days and to be treated like numbers by senior doctors. :)
